About the ENP Group:
The ENP Group analyses the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), which is a foreign relations instrument of the European Union developed in 2004. ENP offers the possibility of a deeper political and economic partnership with sixteen of the EU’s neighbouring states in order to avoid the emergence of new dividing lines between the EU and its neighbours to the East and South. This long-standing project has analysed ENP since its inception. It focuses both on the Eastern Partnership and the EU’s relations with Southern Mediterranean states.
