Emma Richardson
UK and EU Affairs
Emma Richardson is a Researcher at the Institute, specialising in Brexit/UK and EU Affairs. Prior to joining the IIEA, Emma completed her BA in Natural Sciences and MSc in Development Practice, both with First Class Honours, at Trinity College Dublin. For her MSc thesis, she carried out a Critical Discourse Analysis of transformation policies in the top three South African Higher Education Institutes. Emma’s research interests include sustainable development, gender equality in education, and the evolving landscape of UK-EU and UK-Ireland politics.
