Seamus Allen is a Researcher at the IIEA, specialising in Digital Policy. Prior to joining the IIEA, he worked for the Central Bank of Ireland as part of the Consumer Protection Policy team. Seamus hold a Masters in International Public Policy from University College Cork and holds a BA in Politics and History.
