Matt O’Neill is Climate Project Lead at the Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA). His work focuses on climate resilience, agriculture, food security, the bioeconomy/energy infrastructure in relation to European public policy. He holds a PhD in Political Economy from Queen’s University Belfast and a MPS in Public Service from the University of Arkansas.
