As the Oireachtas and Westminster slow down for the summer break, the latest edition of the looks at the steadily improving relationship between London and Brussels, as both the UK and the EU continue to support the deal reached in the Windsor Framework. Meanwhile, in Belfast the DUP have still refused to accept the Framework and return to Stormont, a situation which has budgetary implications for Northern Ireland. In Dublin, the Tánaiste emphasised the importance of a strong Northern Ireland economy for cross-border trade and the all-island economy.
