Dialogue on the Protocol on Ireland/Northern  Ireland continues, but is yet to yield results.  Six sessions of team talk and face-to-face Frost-Šefčovič discussions have so far failed to produce a mutually acceptable outcome. However, both sides continue to speak about the possibility of reaching a deal by Christmas. This edition of the Brexit Brief covers these developments, and brings together reaction from the UK, EU and Ireland.
