Both Vice-President Šefčovič and Lord Frost continue their attempts to resolve differences with respect to the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland (the Protocol). The Taoiseach and Lord Frost delivered addresses on the Protocol in Dáil Éireann and the House of Lords respectively. Meanwhile, a Liverpool University study evidences a growing consensus in favour of the Protocol.
