Leanne Digney is a Researcher for both the Global Europe project and Health portfolios at the IIEA. Leanne holds an LL.M from University College London, and a BCL from Dublin City University, where she was the recipient of the Arthur Cox Law and Society Award 2016. Prior to joining the IIEA, Leanne worked at the Council of Europe in the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary General for Migration and Refugees, and at the EU Delegation to the United Nations as part of the human rights section. Leanne has also previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in Law, in Dublin City University.
