Keelin O’Sullivan

Keelin is a researcher at the IIEA and works on the Development Matters and Global Europe portfolios. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked as a Desk Officer in the Department of Foreign Affairs on the Afghanistan Desk and in the Conflict Resolution Unit and as Donor Relations Officer in Plan International Ireland. She holds an LL.M. in Peace Operations, Humanitarian Law and Conflict from the Irish Centre for Human Rights at NUI Galway and a BA in Politics, International Relations & History from University College Dublin.
