Andrew Gilmore is Director of Operations at the IIEA, in which role he assists in the implementation of the IIEA's strategy and the delivery of the IIEA's outputs. He also has responsibility for the identification and actualisation of new partnerships and income streams, as well as the management of a number of the IIEA's grants and projects. He joined the IIEA as a Researcher in 2012, with responsibility for a multi-stakeholder project on Banking Union. He subsequently worked on a range of policy areas, including the Institute's extensive Brexit events and research programme, which he coordinated from 2016 to 2022. Before taking up his current role, he served in variety of positions at the IIEA including Senior Researcher, Deputy Director of Research and Acting Director of Research.
