Offering an inside view on judicial cooperation in response to armed conflict Eurojust President, Ladislav Hamran, discusses the shape and form in which prosecutors and judges work together across borders in view of delivering justice to communities in dire need of it.

About the Speaker:

Ladislav Hamran has been the President of Eurojust since November 2017, having been re-elected for a second term in November 2020. He is a prosecutor with over 20 years experience, particularly in cases involving economic crime, corruption and asset recovery. Following his legal studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, he joined the General Prosecution Office in Bratislava in 2003, where he worked until his secondment to Eurojust in 2007.
