About the Speaker:
Constanze Stelzenmüller is the inaugural Robert Bosch Senior Fellow in the Center on the United States and Europe at the Brookings Institution. Her areas of expertise include transatlantic relations; German foreign policy; NATO; and the European Union’s foreign, security, and defence policy. She is a governor of the Ditchley Foundation and a Fellow of the Royal Swedish Society for War Sciences. She holds a doctorate from the University of Bonn and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard.
