Throughout the Brexit negotiations, in which the Irish Government’s position and interests have been central to the entire EU strategy, Lisa Chambers TD has played a vital role in the process by serving as the leading opposition spokesperson on Brexit. In her address to the IIEA’s Young Professionals’ Network, Deputy Chambers will share her thoughts on the Government’s performance in the negotiations to date, and will offer her perspective on the important issues coming down the line.

About the Speaker:
Lisa Chambers is a Fianna Fáil TD from Mayo and the party’s frontbench spokesperson on Brexit. She is a former Reserve Defence Forces Officer and a qualified barrister with a master’s qualification in commercial law. She is a member of the Oireachtas Budget Oversight Committee; the Business, Enterprise and Innovation Committee; and the Children and Youth Affairs Committee.
