Drawing on her latest book, For a Left Populism, Professor Mouffe will analyse the “populist moment” that we are currently witnessing in Western Europe. She will argue that the only way to resist the growth of right-wing populist parties is by the development of a left populism aiming at the recovery and radicalisation of democracy. This timely address takes place less than a month before the European Parliament elections.
Please note that this event takes place at Belvedere House, 6 Denmark Street Great (the top of North Great George’s Street)
