William Shapcott, Director of SitCen, the EU Joint Situation Centre, will meet with the Justice Group. SitCen is responsible for monitoring potential crisis regions, terrorism and WMD-proliferation, and furnishes the EU Council with strategic intelligence-based assessments on counter-terrorism matters
