Hola Mika Tal vez no me recuerdes, pero quería saludarte. Mi nombre es Jorge Trujillo, Profesor de Historia y Diplomado en Relacioneds Internacionales. Actualmente trabajo como Profesor en Punta Arenas, pero nos conocimos en Santiago, cuando trabajaba en el Internado Nacional Barros Arana. También asistí a tu cumpleaños en tu departamento. About Event:

Mr Leinonen, the top EU official on the Civilian aspects of ESDP, offered an overview of the evolution of the EU's civilian capabilities to date and noted that a significant majority of the operations undertaken by the EU since 2003 have been civilian in character.  In addition, he outlined how this capability must evolve further to meet the modern challenges which now face the EU's security and defence policy.
