About the Speech:

The Arab Spring has fundamentally changed political reality in the Middle East and North Africa. This speech explored the implications of these developments for the EU's South and East neighbourhood policies.

About the Speaker:

Denis Corboy is currently Director of the Caucasus Policy Institute, King's College London and was European Commission Ambassador to Georgia and Armenia. Last year he gave evidence to the House of Commons Defence Committee on Russia and the Caucasus. He is visiting Senior Fellow at King's College.
