The impact of ECJ rulings on Corporate Taxation

About the Speech:

The Taxation Working Group will meet to discuss the impact of recent ECJ rulings (such as the Marks & Spencer case and the Cadbury Schweppes case) and their impact on corporate taxation. The work of the Group will output oriented, with the discussion will be lead by Donal de Buitleir and Rosemary Healy Rae.
