Hsinchun Chen is Director of the Artificial Intelligence Lab at the University of Arizona, and McClelland Professor of Management Information Systems. Professor Chen directs the DHS funded "Dark Web" project investigating the trends and content of violent radical content on the Internet. See http://ai.arizona.edu/research/terror/index.htm
