web 3.0 just an set of ideas i think ... proper implementation isn't possible in coming 6 years.. first need to change Web Browser's mechanism, that browser should read User's Computer to get idea about User's Interest. by the way i like it. just speaking about it doesn't help much if we can't read the juicy part, get our hands dirty, and get to dive into web 3.0, just reading some ideas of things that aren't real for us yet.

Liam Ó Móráin, representing the Digital Enterprise Research Institute, discussed the work of DERI on the Semantic Web and the transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0.

The Semantic Web is the future generation in WWW technology.  It envisages information from diverse sources being easily combined and used in profoundly different and more powerful ways.
