Securing Other Europe: the EU and its Eastern Neighbours

About the Speech:

This event will analyse the stakes for the EU in its relations with its eastern neighbours and offer an evaluation of the European Neighbourhood Policy(ENP) in the countries of the South Caucasus. Current challenges facing this region such as “frozen conflicts” will be discussed as well as likely future developments and their implications for the EU.

About the Speaker:


Dov Lynch is currently the Senior advisor to the Director General of the OSCE, and has previously held Research Fellow positions with both the Institute for Security Studies in Paris and Kings College, London.
