Ambassador Kelleher addressed a roundtable meeting of the IIEA’s China group on the geopolitics of China. He also reflected on current developments within China.

About the Speaker:

H.E. Declan Kelleher was appointed Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China in 2004. Prior to this he was the Representative of Ireland to the Political and Security Committee of the EU.
