Motoyuki Okura is the Chief IPR expert of the Counterfeiting & Piracy Group of the World Customs Organisation.

About the Speech:


In his address to the Institute, Motoyuki Okura discussed the combating of counterfeiting and piracy, illicit goods and counterfeit products such as pharmaceutical products and medication. He focused in particular on the challenges facing the World Customs Organisation and member Customs administrations and how they intend to combat IP infringement.
