About the Speech:

Balkans Group roundtable with representatives from the Macedonia National Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Council (NECC). NECC members shared with the group their political and business experiences in attempting to benchmark against European standards. The group discussed the need for consensus amongst all stakeholders, particularly the trade unions, and the political commitment to policy continuity which would take several years (or decades).
