About the Speech:

In the final meeting of the Institute of European Affairs’ Energy and Climate Change Group before the summer break, Claude Mandil, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, spoke on the topic: Energy and Climate Change.

Mr. Mandil, who was in Dublin to launch the International Energy Agency’s "Energy Policies of IEA Countries -- Irish 2007 Review", presented a forward-looking analysis of the relationship between energy policy and climate change in OECD countries.
