We had hoped that Copenhagen Conference will evolve a system of reducing carbon emissions globally but that has not happened. The draft resolution is not legally binding. One thing that is satisfying is that all leaders have recognized the threat of climate change and that some thing needs to be done urgently to save the earth from disaster of increased temperature.

Molla Mitiku says: 18 Dec 2009 9:22

It would be appropriate for the entire world, particularily, the developed countries to show grave concern for successful talks by accepying what the celebrated diplomat Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi has already proposed on behalf of the African countries at copenhagen 2009 summit.
