About the Speaker:

Stephen Hockman is a Deputy High Court Judge in the UK and a former chairman of the Bar Council of England and Wales. He specialises in environmental law and has been involved in preparations for the establishment of an international environmental court, an idea to which the British government has agreed in principle.
