Deputy Assistant Secretary Boyer will reflect on “EU/US Relations: A U.S. Perspective on the Transatlantic Relationship.” 
 

About the speaker:
Deputy Assistant Secretary Boyer has served in this role since August 2009. Before joining the State Department, Mr. Boyer was the Director of International Law and Diplomacy in the National Security and International Policy Department of the Center for American Progress, a Washington-based think tank.
