About the Speech:
On Monday November 3, 2008 the President of the Republic of Latvia, H.E. Valdis Zatlers visited the IIEA to give a keynote address to members on the topic: "Latvia in Europe: A Values-Based Approach." President Zatlers is the 7th President of Latvia and took office on July 8, 2007.
