Mr. Jarlath Spellman, National Member for Ireland, Eurojust, will be speaking on the European Evidence Warrant as approved in December 2008. He will discuss the European Evidence Warrant in the context of the Eurojust experience of the use of other existing mutual recognition instruments including the European Arrest Warrant and the Frame Work Decision on freezing orders amongst others.
